Even before garments line our warehouse shelves, our customer’s journey begins. Our in-house Marketing Services team can gather, analyze and incorporate your employees’ opinions through focus groups, custom surveys and wear tests. Premium services available include customized product catalogs, promotional materials and wear guide books.

Our merchandising staff is on call to provide expert recommendations on how best to stock, merchandise and operate your on-site uniform showrooms. Our fit session operations are entirely mobile “pop-up shops”, designed for rapid set up and highly efficient processing for new hire classes, program launches, and refreshes.



Affinity Apparel features a full in-house Customer Service Center to assist customers with ordering, account details, returns/exchanges, and any other uniform program inquiries. The Customer Service Center and corporate support service staff are located within our Dayton, Ohio office.

Affinity Apparel CSR’s are highly knowledgeable and trained on all pertinent information necessary for servicing each account. Information made readily available to them includes instructions for placing orders, processing returns and exchanges, eStore Password Resets, order keying from faxed or emailed orders, order status, shipping and delivery status, and program account updates.
